ABB Motion Service unit is looking for a new team member to be a part of global IS Delivery organization. To strengthen this organization, we are looking for IS Application Manager. The person will be part of the team responsible for delivering and supporting IS Application services. The person to take end to end responsibility for the application(s) from both support and development perspective, having significant contribution into the current and future Services delivered to the business.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure services are delivered according to agreed SLAs/OLAs, within budget, time and quality utilizing internal IS delivery and service providers
- Is responsible for application releases and operational activities
- Responsible for financial aspect (budget, reporting actuals, forecast), propose solution with cost optimization, investments
- Manage the application vendor team
- Plans, schedules, coordinates, and delivers the project outcomes to time, scope, quality. Coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, maintains project plans, and communicates status to key stakeholders
- Responsible for Release management and Communication about new functionality to the business Stakeholders (Responsibility on the schedule and tasks for the development)
- Monitors and controls activities to ensure achievement of planned stage-gates and efficient utilization of available resources
- Following Agile methodology and MOSE practices and implementing them accordingly Azure Devops
- Is accountable for the resolution for any incident, change or project which has, or might have, a major impact on the relevant IS application
Wymagania
Your background
- Experience of managing global application/services or implementation projects (including vendor management)
- Experience of working with IT service management concepts (ITIL)
- Project Management - Scrum or general Agile knowledge and working experience
- Microsoft Azure DevOps experience
- Good organization, time management, decision making and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills with interest to explore new ideas and build strong relationships – excellent networking skills and result oriented.
- Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)
- Technologies experience with Azure Cloud Services, web development, SQL Server will be an asset.
- System Integrations: SAP (Salesforce)
