Welcome to the Mortgage Lending NO 1 team. We add value by delivering the highest quality services to our customers. As Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in building friendly and effective environment within our Team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with procedures to meet customers needs, as well as ensuring sustainability of the processes and delivering with respect to agreed service level.
• Collaborating across borders with colleagues in branches of the Nordea Group in Norway and with internal stakeholders and other banks representatives
• Taking care of creating and updateing process documentations and procedures
• Updating, supervising and approving data in banking systems and applications in accordance to the procedures and regulations

You’ll join a creative and open Team. The role is based in Łódź.
