Opis stanowiska
- End-to-end responsibility in the sense of conception to implementation of talent acquisition processes in BSH-PL including employer branding and onboarding
- Adapt local processes according to Global PA Strategy and framework considering local requirements and also legal aspects
- Integrate employer branding, personnel marketing and the onboarding for employees
- Implement global standards (processes, technologies, KPIs) taking into consideration local requirements
- Define and implement local sourcing strategy – planning, adjusting to the needs and coordinating of all recruitment processes in BSH-PL (indirect, direct, temporary, students)
Wymagania
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Polish)
- Knowledge of modern recruitment tools and systems
- Team management skills
- Previous experience in employer branding and recruitment activities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
