Opis stanowiska
- Coordination of i4.0 projects based on i4.0 masterplan for BSH (Lodz and Wroclaw);
- Development, standardization and supervision of i4.0 solutions in BSH;
- Foster exchange & best practice sharing of i4.0 solutions across digital networking;
- Ensuring automation in production areas of BSH (driving digital transformation / from idea to end solution);
- Setting of KPI’s for digital excellence;
- Supervision, development, statistics and software;
- Project leading;
- People enablement: trainings, train the trainer, change management process.
Wymagania
- University degree (preferred majors in Automatics and Robotics, Productions Engineering Management, Business Process Automation);
- Minimum three-year experience in leading automation projects / topics, preferably in production area;
- Practical knowledge of i4.0 topics, trends (automation, Big Data, robotics, etc.);
- Dynamic entrepreneurial mindset, analytical skills, building fruitful business relations, negotiating;
- Very good knowledge of English.
