Opis stanowiska
Data Analysis and Reporting team will provide the capacity and competence on data analysis and reporting. The team is focusing on building up the analytical competence and capacity to better understand our data asset, provide expertise on data analysis methodology and also running data analysis for different internal and external demands.
The team works with different tools and data structures for different purposes. The team builds the data quality metrics, performs quality gap analysis, and provides data and data quality reports. In addition the team is responsible for building and running the analytics and reporting capability around customer and counterparty data.
As a Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the team contributing to building up the analytics function as well as identifying and executing on opportunities to provide business value through analysing the customer and counterparty data.
The position is located in Gdynia and Łódź, Poland.
Wymagania
You have a strong background in the area of analytics and reporting. Having eye for detail and the ability to identify trends and patterns in information combined with passion for data will make you successful in this role. You also have ability to work efficiently as a member of a cross-functional Nordic team.
You have a systematic and result oriented way of working, and you demonstrate an active approach to tasks and a willingness to learn.

Customer and Counterparty Data (CCD) is COO organisation for Group Functions. CCD has the Nordea group wide responsibility for customer and counterparty data. We supply and manage the data asset, and have the responsibility of ensuring group wide high quality customer and counterparty data and related services, as well as contributing to the development of the Bank’s simplification initiatives.
