Opis stanowiska
- Supporting legal procurement activities in area of creating, reviewing and archiving Non-Disclosure Agreements;
- Preparation of responses to clients based on previous answers and legal instructions;
- Development and maintenance of an online tool supporting the process;
- Supporting operational activities in area of paralegal support.
Wymagania
- Student of at least second year of studies (Legal or English Philology preferred)
- Interest in working in an international environment in the Procurement area
- Availability to work 32 - 40h weekly
- Strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy
- MS office applications skills (Outlook, Excel)
- Problem-solving and result-oriented approach
- Very good command of English
- Prior engagement in extracurricular activities such as student organizations, clubs, exchange programs or internship experience is a plus
