About the role:
The Junior Internal Controls Specialist is a global role within the Group Enterprise Risk Management team located physically in SSC Lodz. The Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Center of Expertise combines the central expertise for the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Internal Control System (ICS) frameworks with the ambition to further establish and maintain a more integrated approach for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (Integrated GRC). The position is a good fit for an individual who enjoys seeing many different aspects of the business (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Production, Customer Care, Pricing, Finance, IM/IT, etc.) and who is able to integrate complex business models, organizations and processes into the Group's Enterprise Risk and Internal Control platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Global Internal Control Manager and Senior Specialist in day-to-day activities, particularly in:
- Participation in the annual Control Self-Assessment (CSA) process
- Facilitation of Internal Letter of Representation (LoR) process on the global scale
- Maintenance of existing GRC toolbox
- Providing relevant and insightful GRC reporting
- Seeking and implementing opportunities to increase the added business value
- Any other tasks delegated by the supervisor
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business
- Fluent in English, additional language(s) a plus
- Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting, controlling or internal controls
- Experience in B2B/Food Industry (nice to have)
- Strong affinity with ERPs considered a plus (e.g. SAP and SAP GRC skills)
- Ability to learn and understand holistically operational, financial, and support processes
- Service-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
