Opis stanowiska
- Global responsibility for service General Ledger (GL) (quality, costs, customer satisfaction, competence, compliance)
- Leading the global service operation for GL including strategic development, introduction of new service activities, roll-in of additional customers
- Providing quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness in delivering services to BSH business areas globally in line with activity split
- Ensuring customer satisfaction for service GL and creating culture leading to high performing team
- Ensuring alignment with business service demand within agreed global activity split and managing the service center location split for service GL
Wymagania
- Master’s in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar
- Working experience - up to 5 years
- Lean Leadership, agile ways of working, service excellence, project and service portfolio management
- Strong in cross-divisional collaboration
- Analytical thinking, interdisciplinary skills
- English – fluent knowledge, German or other language will be an asset
- Deep SAP FI knowledge
