Opis stanowiska
- Management of end to end tool sourcing project incl. tool specification, RFQ, offer comparison, negotiation, contract closure, tool release, SoP
- Involvement in design for manufacturing of the tools
- Tools’ documentation management
- Evaluation of tool’s condition incl. recommendation for repair, refurbishment, modification and replacement activities
- Guidance in process standardization concerning industrialization of BSH-developed parts as a cross-functional activity
- Technology scouting, representation of BSH on trade fairs and benchmark meetings
Wymagania
- Successful technical degree with focus on injection molding, toolmaking or similar
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of tool design, technical tool management or production management
- Experience in using CAD incl. simulation software (e.g. NX, Moldflow)
- Fluent English (min. C1)
- Driving license
- Required skills: competence in analytics, flexibility, entrepreneurship, motivation, being a team-player with good communication skills across hierarchy levels, cross-functions and cross-country, willingness to travel
