Opis stanowiska
- Check of frame and lease contracts within scope regarding content and meeting internal regulations
- Supporting BSH purchase department during process of negotiation of contracts with service provider
- Counterpart for external partners, BSH employees as well as superiors regarding all topics of fleet management incl. compliance to internal regulation
- Responsible for release of expense settlement within scope and ordering of new cars
- Clearing within operations (invoices, self-liability, car return) as well as analysing of fleet
Wymagania
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or comparable working fields, accounting skills will be an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, experience in SAP would be an advantage
- Advance knowledge of English, knowledge of German will be an asset
- Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and focus to details
- Team player with effective communications and problem solving skills
