You are responsible for

  • Supporting legal procurement activities in area of creating, reviewing and archiving Non-Disclosure Agreements;
  • Preparation of responses to clients based on previous answers and legal instructions;
  • Development and maintenance of an online tool supporting the process;
  • Supporting operational activities in area of paralegal support.

You are a part of

Procurement Governance Team and you will help the team to further improve processes and tools related to Sourcing and Contracting activities.

Wymagania

  • Student of at least second year of studies (Legal or English Philology preferred)
  • Interest in working in an international environment in the Procurement area
  • Availability to work 32 - 40h weekly
  • Strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy
  • MS office applications skills (Outlook, Excel)
  • Problem-solving and result-oriented approach
  • Very good command of English
  • Prior engagement in extracurricular activities such as student organizations, clubs, exchange programs or internship experience is a plus
