Opis stanowiska
- Defining and implementing i4.0 country strategy and standardized i4.0 solutions (taking into account factories' demand and global strategy) / functional steering of Factory i4.0 Multipliers Team
- Ensuring common understanding of digitalization across factories through communications and change management
- Fostering active information exchange across digital networking
- Measuring and reporting maturity of i4.0 solutions implementation
- Building a committed team with a view to enhancing autonomy and acting in accordance with the BSH values
Wymagania
- University degree (preferred majors in Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Productions Engineering Management, Business Process Automation)
- Minimum three-year experience in leadership, as well as in production area with active participation in automation projects
- Practical knowledge of i4.0 topics, trends (automation, Big Data, robotics, etc.)
- Dynamic entrepreneurial mindset willing to take on the challenges of uncertainty
- Interpersonal skills, authentic leader with supporting and inspiring management style
- Very good knowledge of English
