Opis stanowiska
This position requiries taking full responsibility for engineering projects in field and office engineering work related to planning and implementation of capital investment projects: specificatiion, design/layout, plan schedule and budget, project development, running acceptance protocol and handover to final users; creation of Business Approval Proposal; report development and Post Implementation Assessment creation; supervision over suppliers, communication with all stakeholders. This position requiries taking full responsibility for engineering projects.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Project supervisor - defines project scope, identifies and manages the risks, selects consultants, prepares purchase requisitions in SAP and capitalizes assets; develops and monitors project schedules; creates and reviews project related layouts; supervises contractors' performance and ensures timely implementation of projects' scope; coordinates projects with respect to other departments ensuring proper/timely communication; running acceptance tests and handing over equipment to final users
- Develops specifications, estimations and reports specifying machinery and equipment for tobacco processing as well as for making and packing processes; develops engineering reports (i.e. status updates). Develops Business Approval Proposals (BAP) and Post Implementations Assessment reports (PIA)
- Participates in the process of drawing up, negotiating and managing contracts and projects. Develops Requests for Quotation and puts the project out for tender, evaluates bids and recommend contractors
- Provides technical advice to contractors, colleagues and othe professionals regarding Company policies and procedures, legal regulations; assists in solving technical issues
- Provides investment proposals in cooperation with other departments and engineers; participates in Annual Strategy Planning (ASP) being responsible for preparation of valid Capex/Opex figures among planned project portfolio
- Performs validation of projects budgets (Capex and Opex) for monthly reporting (checking of budget increase/decrease, delays, scope changes, etc.)
- Providing engineering feasibility feedback to initiatives within Poduct Lifecycle Management (PLM). Managing local equipment and machine capabilities databases
Wymagania

- Master degree in engineering
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar managerial position or in project management
- English language for effective verbal and written communication
- PC literacy (MS Office; MS Project; SAP; AutoCad; Inventor)
