In this program, you have the opportunity to 

Do your part-time internship within the Sales Back Office department, and be supported in developing business skills, including practical communication skills, business acumen, time management, Microsoft Office, and much more. The exposure to the different functional areas will enable the development of skills and abilities that drives value for both Philips and our customers. 

You will use your language skills on a daily basis while cooperating with our partners across European markets. After those 6 months you will be not only perfectly prepared for the role of Trainee, but as well, in the case of exceptional performance, for the regular, junior position. 

In this role, you have the opportunity to support the implementation and the improvement of the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.

You will be a part of Contract Management Team. What's that exactly?

Contract Management Team is supporting the process of contract creation and contract renewal for multiple partners across the world. The team coordinates, checks and makes sure that all processes are completed without any delay. Contract Management is first point of contact for Account Managers to support them with any amendments of partner’s product portfolio required during the year.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting Contract Management team on day-to-day duties.
  • Supporting in contract renewal process.
  • Assisting in Hardcopy contract process – creating, preparing contracts for shipment, collecting and archiving signed documents.
  • Collecting missing information from the specialists in the sales organization.
  • Updating relevant systems with actual data.
  • Creating and updating relevant reports.
  • Supporting team in defining areas for process improvements.

Wymagania

  • Graduate or student in last 2 years of Master degree studies
  • Fluent English (at least B2)
  • Very good communication skill
  • Computer literacy essential and experience in MS Office applications (MS Excel at the advanced level)
  • Availability to work 30-40h/ week
