What is the Team of PPS (Philips People Services)?
PPS is providing personnel administration, payroll & benefits, time management, organizational management, talent management administration for 9 European countries: Germany, Austria, Russia, Poland, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. PPS is also providing global HR tools support (Workday, ADP, HR Portal, 360 performance appraisal) for all EMEA countries.
The GBS ACADEMY consists of
- New Employee Orientation Program
- 6-12 weeks of functional training
- Targeted learning focused on soft skills tailored to the needs of Young Professionals (such as Personal and career development, Business writing, Presenting with impact, Communication and storytelling)
- Career coaching and professional development tools
- Networking opportunities
You are responsible for
- Digital files uploading
- HR data input to the systems
- Running reports from SAP HR/ Workday
- Solving simple employee querie
Wymagania
- Be a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor's studies
- Be fluent in French and English (both orally and in writing)
- Express availability to work at least 25-30 hours/week
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS office) is essential
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
- Personal integrity when handling confidential information
