Welcome to the Talent Acquisition & Attraction PL team.We add value by proactively attracting and approaching potential candidates with a mission to find a perfect fit for them and for Nordea. For us, every hiring decision has a great impact on Nordea. Therefore, we strive to be talent advisors toward the business, providing high quality sparring at every step of the recruitment process. You will join a diverse, consistent team of 30 recruitment and employer branding specialists, spread across four locations in Poland: Łódź, Warszawa, Gdynia and Gdańsk. At Nordea we work in a hybrid model combining remote and office days.
