Opis stanowiska
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the Excellence Operations Team in the Field of Human Resources, working on daily basis within an international team.
You are responsible for
- Maintaining and support in monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Organizing, and attending and participating in team & stakeholder meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
- Undertaking project tasks as required and support the team within process design activities
- Organization, analysis and consolidation of information & data for team, business and stakeholders
- Supporting the onboarding team where needed
- Suggesting improvements for our current processes and procedures
Wymagania
- Being a student of last year of Master Degree (preferably Business Management, Human Resources related)
- Language: English (C1)
- Availability to work 40 hours per week
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Strong Microsoft Office skills
