Competence Center Rights Management is globally responsible for implementation and support of SAP roles and authorizations within BSH. • Analysis, development and technical implementation of SAP roles in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC systems based on received requirements and in close alignment with internal governance team, role owners, process stewards & project teams
• SAP role development, modification & transport using our role management automation suite
• Being part of S4 implementation project team tasked with responsibility for providing SAP access rights for all users being migrated to new S4 system
• Provide comprehensive SAP role and authorizations support in productive and non-productive systems as part of DevOps team
• Technical implementation and maintenance of business roles in SAP GRC Access Control
• Analysis of access risks and audit findings in order to define & implement technical that will mitigate them
• Utilizing SAP GRC EAM/Firefighter solution to tighten control over critical transaction usage
• Collaboration with teams responsible for user management, SAP IDM administration and SAP Basis
• Having fun and freedom to define activities which will enhance security and improve compliance of our SAP role concept

• University degree in information systems/ computer science or equivalent education/experience
• Knowledge of SAP authorizations management processes in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA
• 2+ years of experience in SAP authorizations management projects
• In-depth technical understanding of SAP authorization management practices across various SAP modules and systems
• Working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control including BRM, EAM, ARA
• Understanding of SoD conflicts and risks related to SAP access rights
• Knowledge of standard SAP tools for role administration
• Basic understanding of SAP Fiori authorizations management practices
• Experience in migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA will be an asset
• Self-starter with strong ownership attitude
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and in writing
• Service minded and customer focused
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Able to effectively switch between changing priorities
• Language skills: Strong English is a must
