Opis stanowiska
- efficient training organization, covering such activities as demand gathering, planning, offer preparation, effective training execution, all follow-up actions;
- cooperation with local training management organization, trainers and product responsible from various countries;
- active maintenance and update of our training portfolio;
- communication of training-related topics using internal channels like newsletters or blog;
- analysis and reporting of training-related data
Wymagania
- highly developed communication skills, with a focus on regular contacts with partners, to build effective cooperation for successful trainings worldwide;
- editorial skills for creation of visually appealing content advertising training offer;
- fluency in Excel operations while dealing with many sources of data;
- language: fluent English as a must, German as an option.
