Opis stanowiska
- Operational maintenance (2nd/3rd line support, cooperation and hints for 1st line, Confluence documentation for known issues, including solutions and workarounds, internal KPI reporting) for PLM Products like Teamcenter and NX
- Prevention - hardware (availability, network) and software (services, logs, shares, etc.) monitoring to react for possible malfunctions of PLM systems;
- Support for tests – based on documentation testing of new features and improvements for new releases;
Wymagania
- At least 2 years of experience with application administration and/or support of Siemens PLM Software: Teamcenter and/or NX;
- Windows servers – basic administration and usage of tools for remote support (Remote Assistance, Remote Desktop, etc.) and monitoring (Nagios, Grafana);
- Basic knowledge of tools for handling of Service Desk requests (HPSM, Remedy) and Jira;
- English – level B2/C1 – to be able to communicate with rest of team and with users.
- Nice to have: SAP basics for interfaces with Teamcenter, performance analysis, basics of Oracle/SQL and Project Management.
