Opis stanowiska
- Effective contact with business regarding responsibility for products like SharePoint 2016, Nintex Workflow/Forms, Axure RP Pro, Dragon Legal Voice Recognition and MathType.
- Operational product maintenance (2nd/3rd line support, cooperation and hints for 1st line, monitoring of infrastructure and logs, user documentation, internal reporting).
- Change management for owned products based on requirements from users and new features provided by the vendor.
- Support of test for new versions, new features and bug-fixes for owned products.
Wymagania
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and user or administration experience in any of above-mentioned applications.
- Windows – basic administration of servers and clients, usage of tools for remote support.
- Experience with HP Service Manager, Remedy, Jira, Miro and in direct users’ support.
- English – level B2/C1 – to be able to communicate with the rest of the team where none is native English speaker and with users from various countries.
- Trainings of ITIL Foundation and Agile Foundation.
- Nice to have: basics of Powershell, databases (Oracle/SQL) and tools for test automation and performance analysis.
