Opis stanowiska
- SAP Release Management in the BSH environment
- Plan releases in the long term, build releases, coordinate releases, create, publish & run all release documentation incl. Cut Over worklogs
- Maintain and control the SAP maintenance/dependency calendar, Align SAP-related activities with Global IT projects and Bosch CI
- Change Management and Process Optimization related to releases and communicate to the our stakeholders, other IT developments, the test teams and BOSCH CI
- Participate in and/or support SAP projects
- Organize/Perform our weekly releases via CHaRM
- Coordinate system and client copies
Wymagania
- 2+ years of Release Management exposure, including 2+ years in the Workplace area
- 2+ years of SAP general technical knowledge. Experience in TMS is a must, and basic ABAP understanding would be a bonus.
- Familiar with SAP ChaRM is beneficial.
- English (fluent in speech & writing), German would be a bonus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Sharepoint & one or more ITSM platforms like: Service Now, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager, Atlassian Jira would be a bonus.
- Project management exposure would be a bonus
- Happy to work in an agile environment and to use Agile tools (SCRUM/KANBAN/Retro, etc.)
- Positive attitude towards constantly changing environment is a must!
