Opis stanowiska
- Set up support & delivery structures for new IT Services
- Align multiple support level teams & their collaboration
- Drive IT Service support structures technical setup in ITSM tools
- Constantly work on improving existing IT Services (monitor & act on KPIs, enhance IT Service Master Data, Service Component Lists, Work on IT Service Knowledge Management)
- Contribute to projects related to: IT Service quality, IT Service Management landscape in BSH
- Participate in ITSM communities
- Cooperate on service transition efforts such as: introduction of vendors into support structures, change of Service Management tools or methods, vendor switch
Wymagania
- Knowledge of as many as possible of the following frameworks: ITIL, COBIT, Problem Solving, Lean Six Sigma
- Knowledge of as many as possible of the following tools: HP Service Manager, BMC Remedy, Reporting platforms, JIRA, Confluence/WIKI, Service Architecture platforms, CMDB, Miro, Fact24
- Ability to work in an Agile environment (SAFE framework)
- Understanding of IT Service support & delivery structures
- Able to combine different points of view and manage expectations
- Positive, outgoing attitude, ability to propagate „Can do” mindset
- Fluent English language (fluent knowledge of German is a bonus)
- Good presentation skills
- Responsibility to grow their own career and constantly develop their skills
