Opis stanowiska
- Being responsible for organizing and supervising purchasing functions within GPU PL (Direct Material Purchasing, Supplier Management, Business Excellence)
- Effective management of headcount and budget
- Developing, leading and executing purchasing strategies
- Key Account Role in Poland for Direct Material Purchasing and Supplier Management towards Global Organization
- Manage suppliers, builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
- Being responsible for material costs (MCC) for BSH Poland
- Analysing and benchmarking markets in order to ensure access to innovation, new suppliers, ensuring competitiveness
- Conducting a continuous improvement process including cross functional departments
- Support all GPU Areas in task’s realization
- Collaborate with BSH global
Wymagania
- Supervisory experience
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Procurement and supplier chain knowledge essential
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management

- Car License: Ability of frequent travelling: - regular visits between MDA locations (Łódź and Wrocław) by car; - travels to vendor locations
