Opis stanowiska
Order Execution that takes full ownership and responsibility for order to cash process within local System Drives division.
The team consist of Project Managers and Project Engineers who deliver Customer Project deliveries across the globe.
Working mainly in Medium Voltage area the Team is responsible for supplying internal and external Customers with product, systems, services and spare parts deliveries.The goal of internship is to gain experience and basic knowledge of project execution, order handling and customer communication.
Your responsibilities
- Clean-up of system data related to the project backlog.
- Booking basic projects in SAP.
- Support Project Managers in tasks follow-up with customers and suppliers
- Maintenance of project dashboard
Wymagania
- Technical education background (preferably during last year of Bachelor’s or right after completing Bachelor’s)
- Advanced English language skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office package (primarily Excel), SAP - nice to have
- General electrical engineering knowledge.
- Communicativeness, open minded and willing to learn.
- High focus on finding solutions and not problems.
- High social skills.
