As a Trainee you will join the GBS Academy, which is designed as a fast-tracked career pathway for multilingual graduates in an international and diverse environment to support Philips business functions in day-to-day operations. What is Services and Solutions Delivery (SSD)?
Our SSD department operates in different markets across the entire EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region and is responsible for various activities, from monitoring Philips appliances and devices to controlling selected logistic and financial operations. We can say it is an ‘interdisciplinary’ team, which actions contain (but are not limited to) monitoring our installed base, controlling orders and deliveries of parts, making quotations, preparing invoices and contracts and supervising the work of our field service engineers.
Within the Services & Solutions Delivery Team, you will be responsible for
- Supporting back office daily activities for EMEA region
- Updating internal database with Work Instructions
- Preparing Lean Daily Management boards
- Creating database with medical equipment to be updated in SAP and Salesforce
- Perform easy daily activities in SAP and Salesforce for various markets related contracts, billing, parts administration
Wymagania
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Good knowledge (ideally B2 level) of English and French
- From 0-1 year of work experience (Graduates & Early Professional)
- Availability to work at least 30h/week, preferably 40h/week
- Interest in developing your professional career within back office
- High energy, adaptability, continuous learning, initiating action, innovative, high work standards
