Opis stanowiska
- Support in the design, build and run phase of our worldwide Windows Server service in various deployment models
- Develop, implement and optimize our service based on customer-, strategic- or legal-requirements
- Evaluate new technologies and tools to prepare and adapt our service into the generation of Windows Server services
- Influence architectural decisions to improve solution reliability, scalability, performance and security
- Analyze, optimize and maintain our deployment processes to fulfill customer requirements
- Lead activities like the phase-in of new, or the phase-out of old operating system versions
- Develop and document complex procedures related to our service for our operation center
- Act as the 3rd level and product support to our operation center for the Windows Server service
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering discipline or business discipline with applied information technology training or equivalent related work experience
- Demonstrated in depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy and other related services like PKI, File and Print, User-Management
- High grade of service orientation and customer satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional, international teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Communication skills in German are beneficial

- AZ-800, AZ-801: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- SC-400: Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
