Opis stanowiska
- Manage and improve IT Product/Service over complete lifecycle
- Align the IT Product/Service roadmap closely with IT Portfolio Management during its whole lifecycle
- Plan necessary resources, forecast financials and ensure first in class quality/pricerelation based on requirements
- Support the PSO in all commercial aspects of IT Product / Service
- Ensure uptodate modelling of IT Product in all used tools
- Analyze and communicate KPIs (incl. service level targets, customer satisfaction and benchmarking)
- Ensure achievement of objectives (measured by KPIs) through appropriate measures
- Drive standardization of IT Products/Services within CI in close alignment with other IT Product/Service Owner and Solution
- Ensure first in class quality/pricerelation based on requirements
- Continuously work with customers and stakeholders to identify their needs and expectations towards the IT P/S/S
- Define and prioritize items in the Product Backlog based on customer needs, economic considerations, risk, and other concerns
Wymagania
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering discipline or business discipline with applied information technology training or equivalent related work experience
- Leadership skills, ability to lead functionally and motivate team
- Ability to combine technical and business view
- Deep understanding of how the IT Product supports customer processes and how it fits into CI's IT Product/Service portfolio
- Problem-solving skills (analysis, options, driving decision)
- Personality: Assertive, communicative, team-minded
- Working practice: customer oriented, structured
