Opis stanowiska
- Create automation strategy and road map including the selection of best suitable tools to enlarge coverage of automation potentials within our company
- Leading 2+ teams by common values and inspiration
- Interact enthusiastically with international stakeholders and teams to propose clear vision of automation and value proposition to the clients
- Successfully take part in implementation of automation solutions taking over the role of “icebreaker” and facilitator
- Set clear rules and create stable and audit proof processes on a lean and low cost base
- Be the speak partner for bot customers, governance owner, tool providers, stake and budget holder, colleagues from our shareholder as well IT
- Maintain quality and speed on a high level in your teams and cost on a benchmark level
- Search and identify permanently profitable automation potentials (new tools, new business cases, hyper automation …)
Wymagania
- 10+ year business experience including 5+ years of experience in managing Intelligent automation teams (RPA/Automation/IA/IT teams) project management
- Deep knowledge and experience of a wide range of automation tools as well as in Functional/Technical RPA Architecture definition
- High leadership skills, team player, "low" hierarchy attitude, people development and change management knowledge
- Personal assets: strong ownership, creativity, automation enthusiast, Agile and pro-active working stile
- Be eager to expand your and your teams knowledge and experience (challenging yourself and your teams)
- Excellent understanding of end-2-end processes in business support areas (e.g. Accounting, HR, Logistics, Customer service etc.)
- Entrepreneurial and service attitude (responsibility for budget and profitability)
- Over average communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience and show the value of technology
- Excellent command of business English (verbal an written) – additional languages would be a plus; polish language is a prerequisite
- Additional assets: experience building voice and chat bots, Machine learning, AI development and workflows, text and image labeling
