Opis stanowiska
- Working in an international agile team for ensuring the stability of Critical Business Processes
- Act as a Process Analyst along the entire value stream
- Act as contact for the Product divisions in terms of quality
- Coordinates all necessary measures for the testing and monitoring team:
- Testing activities along the value stream
- Adaptations for the monitoring software, which controls the flow of data for the critical business processes.
- Establish and drive an engaged key partner group, regular exchanges and close cooperation with users
- Structure, establish and continuously improve testing and development processes
- Ensure testing, feedback, implementation and training of new features on an enterprise level
Wymagania
- Knowledge of analyzing and optimizing processes in a large-scale company environment
- Familiar with the software development process
- Technical knowledge in at least one of the following technologies: Teamcenter, SAP, Java-Applications
- Is familiar with tools like Visio, Enterprise Architect or Stages used to capture processes.
- Knowledge of Test-processes
- Knowledge of agile work processes (Kanban, Scrum)
- Optional: Experience in working in a scaled agile environment (SaFe)
- (Very) good English in spoken and written form
- Independent and autonomous work
- Assertiveness and flexibility
