As a Trainee, you will join the GBS Academy, which is designed as a fast-tracked career pathway for multilingual graduates in an international and diverse environment to support Philips business functions in day-to-day operations. In this role, you have the opportunity to
Learn and use HR Tools such as Workday, electronic files, and a case management systems. You will be a support for the team of HR Generalists, which are providing services for employees from Nordic countries within the scope of PPS Center Europe.
Your main responsibilities
- Handling personal files
- Preparing respective employment documentation
- Answering employees queries
- Processing and updating requests in the case management system
- The input of data to HR systems
- Run reports from SAP HR/ Workday
Wymagania
- Student of last year of studies or graduate
- Fluent in English (both orally and in writing)
- Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office) is essential
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
- Personal integrity when handling confidential information
- Interest in HR will be an asset
