About this opportunity

Welcome to the KYC Services PeB & BBD AODD SE 2 team. We add value by creating group-wide solutions to fight financial crime. As the Internship in KYC Operations Mass Market you’ll play a valuable role in ensuring a robust, high-quality financial crime risk management across Nordea where we support business in identifying, assessing, mitigating and monitoring financial crime issues and risks.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting our KYC specialists and consultants in data gathering regarding relevant procedures and processes
• Printing and preparing daily correspondence to be sent to customers that require assessment
• Uploading obtained digital documents to relevant systems
• Securing customer information in order to meet GDPR policy
• Meeting assigned service deliveries according to customers’ needs
• Handling assigned tasks at the required level of quality and within timeframe by following guidelines/work procedures
