The Source to Contract Supplier Quality Contract Team (S2C – SQ) is the gatekeeper and administrator for the source-to-contract quality process to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly and timely, and if there are problems that arise in the process the S2C Team facilitates the resolution of those issues. The S2C Team is also the administrator of the Ariba S2C tool.
You are responsible for
- Providing support for E2E (end to end) process regarding finalization of the quality documentation with Philips’s suppliers
- Preparing and sending quality documents to the suppliers in cooperation with Quality Team and Commodity Management Team
- Following up on the finalization of these documents until signatures
- Organization, management, and maintenance of the quality documents in the Ariba S2C tool.
- Providing the support in communication with suppliers and business stakeholders
- Daily support for Source to Contract users regarding the process, Ariba tool usage and reporting functionality
- User Database Management
Wymagania
- University degree
- Fluent English (minimum B2; C1 preferred)
- Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel
- Communication skills and customer attitude
- Fast learner
- Team player
- Target and quality driven
- Interested in working in international environment in procurement area
