- SCCM administration, SQL reporting
- Support (2nd/3rd level)
- Supporting Microsoft Windows 10 (SAC/LTSC) and factory clients for special requirements
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
Wymagania
- Personality: strong communication skills, networking, customer-oriented, responsible and quality-conscious
- Working method: analytical thinking, structured, independent and cooperative
- Know-how: sound technical understanding of Windows 10 Platform, client-server applications
- Languages: fluent written and spoken English skills
- Education: completed studies with a focus on information technology (business information systems, computer science, information systems and digital media etc.) or comparable qualification
