Opis stanowiska
In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Be part of a dynamic and action driven team in large-scale transformation for the Supply Chain organization
- Support the development of strategic deliverables that enable the improvement of our critical performance indicators
- Have exposure to different departments of the Supply Chain, working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Implement communication channels and follow-up ideas to increase adoption and engagement of the new ways of working
You are responsible for
- Monitor key performance indicators and support their improvement
- Analyze business goals, objectives and needs
- Perform research and analysis in support of operations
- Assist in resolving delivery and performance issues using systems and data
- Process the documentation
You are a part of the SC Strategy and Delivery Team of Supply Chain.
Wymagania
- Last year student/ graduate in careers related to Innovation, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
- Ability to take direction and multi-task
- Energetic, self-motivated, open for new experience in diverse environment
- Strong communication skills (oral, written), system thinking, and conceptual thinking
- Curious and willing to challenge the status quo
- Fluent in English
- Creative, committed to deadlines, self-driven, eager to learn
