Opis stanowiska
- Create automation solutions (RPA bots, workflows, data processing, chat bots …) with your team
- Enable your team to automatize repeatable processes y bots, setting free resources for higher value activities
- Create and develop the team members roles regarding automation and labeling activities
- Create automation strategy and road map including the selection of best suitable tools
- Find opportunities of value creation using new automation tools (hyper automation)
- Set rules and create stable and audit proof process in a lean and low cost way
- Supervise and coach business analyst, developers as well as the labeling team head
- Keep the automation and labeling pipeline filled up
- Be the speak partner for bot customers, governance owner, tool providers, stake and budget holder as well IT
- Create and maintain business model and charging logic and lead your business unit profitable
- Maintain quality, speed on a high level as well as risk and cost on a low level
Wymagania
- Managerial skill to lead and develop the business analysts as well the automation and labeling teams
- A good understanding of business support processes in different areas (e.g. Accounting, HR etc.)
- Overview knowledge in the areas of process analysis, process modeling or process automation and technologies
- Understanding of different automation and labeling tools (e.g. RPA, Scripts), there basic functionality and limitations as well as their usage
- Good analytical skills with the ability to analyse requirements from different angles with clear and logical thinking
- Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience and show the value of technology
- Enjoy and have an interest in constantly dealing with new topics and tools and constantly learning
