Opis stanowiska
- You will adapt the ServiceNow system to the needs of our customers through configuration and forms programming
- You will take for system housekeeping, mainly release and security updates
- You will advise customers on the possibilities of the ServiceNow
- You will analyze customer requirements and show possible implementation variants in the system
Wymagania
- Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in the field of information technology or comparable field of study
- Personality: Able to work in a team, outgoing, flexible, communicative, and assertive
- Working style: independent and goal-oriented
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in IT, preferred in the area of ServiceNow as a consultant/administrator.
- Know-how: Very good knowledge of ServiceNow technology, ITIL and IT administration; in-depth knowledge of software, hardware, and system technology (especially ServiceNow); certifications in ITIL an advantage.
- Qualifications: Administration skills in ServiceNow, good presentation skill
- Languages: Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German advantageous
