Opis stanowiska
- Manage escalations as problem owner for all “run” aspects in the lifecycle of the IT-Solutions
- Acts as CI “caretaker” for all end-2-end operation issues arising in the respective area
- Suggest and promotes service and quality improvements on an ongoing basis to continually improve quality and customer satisfactions Products & Solutions
- Communicates proactively with unit counterparts to provide information on downtimes, maintenance windows, service improvement plans etc.
- Provides regular reports on IT Product / Solution performance (OPS Standup) and availability.
Wymagania
- Degree in Informatics / Business Informatics or a comparable education / experience in the IT area
- ITSM expert knowledge (ITIL certification higher than Foundation will be a plus)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good communication, collaboration and negotiating skills
- Solid technical background in application and infrastructure
- Personal skills and affinity to work in a global team (e.g. intercultural aspects)
- Ability to work autonomous
- highly self-motivated and quality driven
- Very good command of English
