Opis stanowiska
- Working within an international team on operating, implementing, replacing, extending, upgrading and optimizing storage and storage network solutions globally
- Operating and Supporting the storage area network technologies (SAN-Fabrics)
- Executing and optimizing operational processes (e.g. automation of billing, provisioning, system checks, dashboard for alerting, monitoring, logging for all ECS systems)
- Supporting the technical concept of storage and storage network solutions in different application areas and according to the business requirements and service levels.
- Acting in solving problems, incidents, configurations, alerts, service requests and storage and storage network technologies monitoring and checks.
Wymagania
- IT support experience
- Basic knowledge Windows-/Linux-Server
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure
- English fluent (written and spoken)
- Team-working
- Ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to learn
- Optional: ITSM knowledge (ITIL certification would be an advantage), ECS experience, S3 API knowledge, FC Protocol and FOS, NVMe Protocol, Grafana knowledge, Knowledge in programming (Pearl, Python, Curl) and scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
