Opis stanowiska
- Lead Value Stream Mapping/ Design projects (with usage of lean tools: eg 5S, SMED, TPM, MTM);
- Provide cost transparency for components and/or processes within product; development projects and evaluate alternative scenarios for cost- and value stream optimized component designs and/or manufacturing processes in collaboration with purchasing, development, quality, logistics, IE and supplier(s);
- Support purchasing in achieving cost targets during awarding process based on cost structure analysis, value stream analysis & design, Including realization of VSD/Greenfield on shopfloor;
- Analyze costs of serial running components and their production process and develop/realize cost optimized scenarios according to VSD and Support Purchasing during negotiation preparation and negotiation execution with facts and figures;
- Enable processes at supplier(s) and product(s) before SOP by:
- creating VSD (Value Stream Design)
- realizing VSD
- achieving target costing position
- avoiding unnecessary investments;
- Definition and implementation of Circular Economy related standards in GPU Organization;
- Set Standards & provide governance for CO2 reduction in upstream value chain
- Create Cost Transparency and TCO analysis for Supplier Selection Process preferably with CO2 aspects;
- Define and implement projects with direct and raw materials suppliers in regards to CO2e reduction footprint on the product level;
- Build internal knowledge for different (current and new) production processes.
Wymagania
- Finished study of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Electrical Engineering or Business Administration with appropriate technical experience or similar;
- Knowledge of selected industrial manufacturing processes, material technologies, design of parts and tool making;
- Knowledge of Lean Tools e.g. VSM/D, SMED, TPM, Problem-solving techniques, Kanban, Milkrun;
- digitalization skills: CAE/CAM (CAD, Moldflow, CNC…), Data analytics (PowerBI), virtual interactive collaboration (MIRO, JIRA);
- Commercial knowledge on background of cost calculation;
- Soft skills: Business English, entrepreneur thinking, teamwork, convincing communication, analytical thinking, decision making, the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new circumstances, creativity, system thinking, flexibility, motivation, consulting, coaching, prepared to share information and knowledge among the team, curiosity and questioning status quo;
- Readiness for frequent business trips ~20% of total working time.
