Opis stanowiska
- Take responsibility: As Service Management Lead Architect, you will lead the definition and further development of a sustainable Service Management environment based on ServiceNow, which is necessary to implement the business strategies and business models of our operational units
- Shape the future: You design the technical implementation of the Order-To-Fulfillment and Operations-To-Satisfaction value streams and ensure a smooth integration of the systems involved and thus an efficient system environment.
- Group-wide cooperation: You advise internal service providers and internal customers on the technical possibilities of the system landscape and actively support their system integration by providing technical concepts and solution proposals.
- Set the direction: You provide our operational units and our development teams with professional and technically competent support in the planning and implementation of new IT environments, considering the target architecture.
- Let new things arise: With passion and creativity you support the spread of service management solutions in the company and the development of innovations.
Wymagania
- Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in the field of information technology or comparable field of study
- Personality: Team player and communicative
- Working style: Organized and structured
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in projects in the area of ServiceNow as an architect/developer
- Know-how: Very good knowledge of ServiceNow technology, IT architecture and IT operations; in-depth knowledge of software, hardware, and system technology (especially ServiceNow); certifications in the area of ITIL are an advantage.
- Qualifications: Ability to present and explain complicated technical issues to non-technical people.
- Languages: Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German advantageous
