You are responsible for

  • Interacting directly with customers, responding to a variety of requests relating to the systems of the Philips Learning Architecture (PLA), and capturing relevant data to inform system and process improvements. 
  • Supporting all communication with the customers about the requests, documenting the requests in the tracking system, and ensuring they are brought to a satisfactory resolution for the customers in a timely and effective manner.
  • Documenting all new support requests in the tracking system, ensuring they are updated as needed throughout the process to final resolution, and ensuring the accuracy of the data for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Supporting the communication with the customers for escalated requests.
  • Contributing to the development and documentation of processes, procedures, and troubleshooting tools as well as development of self-service resources

Wymagania

  • Fluent English
  • Great communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of equivalent training and experience
  • Experience in supporting customers, preferably of a global organization
  • Experience providing technical customer support for web-based applications and knowledge of quality systems and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) would be an asset
