In this role, you have the opportunity to
Implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.
You are responsible for
- Sales related activities related to order fulfillment process
- Support to complete order booking documents package and communicate back to customers when order is placed
- Ensure timely and complete hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy
- Supporting logistics activities to ensure the delivery of equipment in accordance with the expectations of customers
- Follow up KPIs and SLAs agreed with all of the stakeholders
- Data base update

Wymagania
- Last year student or up to one year after graduation
- Needs to be minimum intermediate in English
- Needs to be fluent in Polish
- CRM experience would be a plus in this role
- Great communication skills and customer attitude
- Motivation to learn and improve
- Interested in working in an international environment at the very beginning of the Supply Chain process
- Team player
