Opis stanowiska

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Implement and improve the Sales Support Process objectives and the day-to-day management of the sales support process ensuring the consistent supply of high-quality services.

You are responsible for

  • Sales related activities related to order fulfillment process
  • Support  to complete order booking documents package and communicate back to customers when order is placed
  • Ensure timely and complete hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy
  • Supporting logistics activities to ensure the delivery of equipment in accordance with the expectations of customers
  • Follow up KPIs and SLAs agreed with all of the stakeholders
  • Data base update

Wymagania

  • Last year student or up to one year after graduation
  • Needs to be minimum intermediate in English
  • Needs to be fluent in Polish
  • CRM experience would be a plus in this role
  • Great communication skills and customer attitude
  • Motivation to learn and improve
  • Interested in working in an international environment at the very beginning of the Supply Chain process
  • Team player
