Opis stanowiska
- Software Asset Management (SAM) status reporting (e.g. entitlement Situation, demand, compliance)
- Software installations analysis (usage, data capturing, clearing, etc.)
- License and maintenance cost planning with IT Product Management and monthly financial reporting
- Management of the inventory, license documentation and certificates
- Participation in the purchasing process (contacts with suppliers and purchase dpt., create requisitions, order confirmations)
Wymagania
- Graduate in Accounting, Economy, Law, IT or similar
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Communication skills in German are beneficial
- 1-2 years work experience
