Opis stanowiska
- Act as connection between Global Travel Suppliers and end-users to support the global strategies and issues resolution
- Develop and deliver traveler communication, training, and education, to ensure understanding of processes, procedures, and policy compliance
- Researches and responds to phone and email inquiries with correct information in a professional and courteous manner
- Compliance management in Concur Online Booking Tool – travel rules creation and maintenance
- Supporting organization of travel arrangements and provide traveling assistance to end users
Wymagania
- Business Travel Agency / Travel Management Company knowledge preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Team player willing to support travel and expense area
- Prior experience with Concur Travel OBT administration preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests
- Deep understanding of booking process, travel industry and Online Booking Tools
