Opis stanowiska
Principal role and responsibilities will include:
Position:
- Focus is on “Incidents”, “Service Requests” and “Information Request” tickets from the users, occasionally works on “Requests for Change” which are bundled into quarterly Enhancement Packs.
- Resolve and test assignments within Logistics and Production modules (PP-PI, QM), coordinating with the ABAP pool for developments
- Ensure assignments get resolved and approved according to procedures, including User Acceptance Testing.
- Monitor interfaces/batches – analysing issues and dispatching to the relevant teams
- Work with people from remote locations/regions (internal/external)
Wymagania
The following competency profile will be the basis to ensure a smooth handling of these positions’ responsibilities:
- Bachelors degree in (applied) Economics, Commercial Engineering, Information Technology or similar.
- Up to 5 years experience within application maintenance or application support
- Experience with ITIL processes & systems (incident & change management)
- Have a interest and knowledge of Logistics and Production processes.
- Analytical mind, structured and attention to detail makes you an ideal candidate
- Excellent communicator and team player with a critical, yet result-oriented and positive attitude.
- Strong in English
