Our factory network currently consists of more than 50 factories and is continually expanding. By strictly conforming to clearly defined key performance indicators and highest quality standards, we ensure ongoing cost reductions, energy savings and improvements around the globe. Operations & Supply Chain is a wide ranging function, covering everything from sourcing high quality raw materials, to the transformation of the raw materials into the finished products, to the distribution of the products.Our Operations area involves multidisciplinary teams skilled in transforming cocoa into delicious chocolate products.

As an Operations & Supply Chain Graduate you will be involved in all of the elements of the chain; by taking part in our continuous improvement processes, challenging projects to develop new lines or products from a technological perspective. You will also be engaged in people management and organizational development, as well as taking the opportunities for future international leadership positions. OSCO, as we call this department at Barry Callebaut, covers a wide range of processes ranging from chocolate production, quality control and assurance, packaging and technical services; it is for this reason that, in order to be eligible for this function, you need to have a science or engineering background.

Yourfuture@BC is a two-year program, which enables graduates to start their successful career at Barry Callebaut. The program starts each year in September and is launched in countries of strategic importance to Barry Callebaut.
