Opis stanowiska
In this role, you have the opportunity to
- Be part of a large-scale transformation for the Supply Chain organization
- Support the development of digital solutions that enable the improvement of our critical performance indicators, portfolio and funnel management of new and innovative initiatives
- Have exposure to different departments of the Supply Chain, working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Support the development of a Communications Strategy and Change Management of innovative initiatives and top priorities
- Implement communication channels and follow-up ideas to increase adoption and engagement of the new ways of working
- Be a champion for innovation and digitization of the supply chain in a large-scale multinational company.
You are responsible for
- Consult and standardize concepts to be used for our SC innovation framework.
- Explore innovative ideas for the future of work and digitization of our SC.
- Designing and maintaining communication channels and platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint design/intranet, communication decks, videos, blogs, Newsletter, web apps)
- Managing actions and improvement requests with different stakeholders related to our top transformation and innovation initiatives
- Create and implement digital standard work applied in different parts of the organization for different processes with the support of Supply Chain Subject Matter Experts.
You are a part of the SC Strategy and Delivery Team of Supply Chain.
Wymagania
- Last year student/ graduate in careers related to Innovation, Digital Solutions or Supply Chain
- Preferably with some experience in a multinational company/environment
- Skills related to Sharepoint design, use of collaborative platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams), Video Editing, and Web design are a plus
- Strong communication skills (oral, written), system thinking, and conceptual thinking
- Tech-savvy and curious
- Fluent in English
- Creative, organized, committed to deadlines, self-driven, eager to learn and to challenge the status quo
