Opis stanowiska
- Creation of technical concepts for all Bosch IT users, such as documentations, user guides, videos, trainings etc.
- Consulting and interface to various departments such as IT Communications, IT Training, product / service owners, suppliers (e.g. Microsoft), rollout units, and field service organization.
- Internal publications / communication: Blogposts / articles in close cooperation with the responsible interfaces. Internal communication for CI/PWU such as PWU BGN page, moderating Microsoft Teams room, collaboration with assistance, etc. Publications are done via various communication channels such as Bosch Zünder, BGN, Docupedia, Bosch Connect, Training, Company Communicator etc.
- Input of customer requirements from surveys, trainings, conferences, etc.
- Organization of Conferences: Preparation, coordination, moderation, and follow-up for the yearly UCC & Contact Center Conference.
- Headsets: Collaboration with service owner, purchasing, and vendors.
- Coordination of Knowledge Management System (currently AIS project) to harmonize all IT support content, in close collaboration with the project and service owners.
Wymagania
- University degree in business with a focus on marketing, graphics, or design.
- Communication skills in speaking, writing, and presenting: Enthusiasm about explaining and phrasing content in an easy, short and understandable way.
- Ability to work in an international team with a customer-oriented and independent way of working.
- Fluent in English and German, other languages are an advantage.
- Highly interested in IT topics, knowledge of relevant UCC solutions is an advantage.
