In this role, you have the opportunity to
Learn how to coordinate the entire order delivery process placed by Key Markets through pro-active collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning, Shipping also Project Management, Sales, and others.
You are responsible for
- Managing orders [checking configuration, booking order, shipment tracking invoicing, etc.]
- Claim management on delivery, invoice, quality issues
- Operational support for the Teleprospecting team
- Ad hoc tasks
Wymagania
- Student of at least 2nd year of studies
- Availability to work 30-40h/ week
- Fluent German (C1) & English at a good level (B2)
- Good knowledge of Excel. Some SAP experience will be a great plus
- Great communication skills, eye for details, well organized
